About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Sustainability Strategy and Innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, driving innovation and growth, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategy: Work with our leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our company values and goals.
  • Drive Innovation and Growth: Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and develop and implement plans to achieve them.
  • Lead Client Delivery Programs: Lead client delivery programs, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and Develop Team Members: Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in consultancy, delivering technical sustainability outcomes particularly around sustainability strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop and implement plans to achieve them.
