Key Responsibilities:
- Customer and Supplier Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Booking and Management: Effectively manage and book third-party service requests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring up-to-date information is available for suppliers and customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
