Tax Transformation Manager

KPMG's Global Compliance and Transformation (GCT) team is reimagining careers in tax. As a key focus area, we help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting, and statutory accounting obligations through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation, and technology.
Our clients leverage KPMG's compliance and transformation expertise and technology to drive better visibility, greater efficiency, and improved risk management across their organization. We prepare groups for the future of digital compliance, helping them develop a sustainable, technology-enabled, and holistic future-state operating model.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the overall delivery of tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program.
- Help clients design, build, and deploy automation solutions tailored for tax.
- Support clients in designing systems that address tax requirements in different countries in the optimal way.
- Collaborate with Tax Transformation and GCT colleagues, as well as other teams in KPMG, such as Consulting.
- Help clients develop robust global governance and control frameworks.
- Develop our service offerings and service delivery models.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Performance manage managers and assistant managers and oversee the output from offshore resources to deliver client projects.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services that the client may need and liaise with subject specialists.
- Coach and provide technical support for other team members.
- Proactive, curious, committed, and invested in self-development and learning.
