We are looking for a skilled professional to collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and implement performance enhancement strategies. Utilizing simulation and modeling tools to predict and analyze performance outcomes, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance metrics of our rolling stock.

A key aspect of this role will be to provide technical support and expertise during project meetings and presentations. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation related to performance findings. Your experience in data analysis software and engineering simulation tools will be crucial in achieving our goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in the rail industry or rolling stock performance analysis is preferred but not essential.
