Manchester, United Kingdom Robert Bosch Group Full time
As a Diagnostic Hardware Electrical Engineer at Robert Bosch Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical hardware for end-of-line (EOL) diagnostic systems. This role requires strong technical skills and experience with electrical schematic drawing tools, 3D drawing software, and electrical control panel design.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical principles and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You will be expected to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities include creating electrical schematic drawings for EOL diagnostic hardware, designing 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for EOL diagnostic hardware, and performing on-site testing/validation and deployment of EOL diagnostic hardware. You will also prepare for and participate in plant launches of EOL test systems, work at customer premises to resolve issues during installation and commissioning, and author and deliver customer training.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience of electrical hardware design in an industrial environment, demonstrable experience in using electrical schematic drawing tools, and experience in using 3D drawing tools. You must also have awareness of electrical safety standards and testing, as well as the ability to work under pressure, alone and as part of a team.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a discretionary annual bonus, pension scheme, group income protection, life insurance, and an employee assistance programme.

The Robert Bosch Group is committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees can develop their skills and career. If you are a motivated and experienced electrical engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
