Your Role: As a Compassionate Homecare Worker, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, providing emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. You'll work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met in a safe and dignified manner.

Compensation Package: In addition to a competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£15.50, you'll enjoy benefits like paid DBS checks, life insurance, and access to our cycle-to-work scheme. Plus, take advantage of our refer-a-friend scheme and 28 days annual leave (pro rata).

Key Responsibilities: In this rewarding role, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores. You'll also provide emotional support and guidance to help clients cope with challenging situations and maintain their independence.

Essential Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll also need to undergo thorough background checks and adhere to our high standards of professionalism.
