About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditor to join our team at Intertek SAI Global Assurance. As a QSR/Retail Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits at various food and restaurant clients, including fast-food chains, high-street restaurants, and commercial food venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards
  • Work with clients to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to provide training and support to clients
  • Travel to clients' sites in the London area and beyond to conduct audits
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment
  • Previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety
  • Level 2, 3, or Level 4 Food Safety qualification
  • Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment
  • Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving licence and own car
