Staffordshire-based Specialist Engineering Business Seeks Requirements Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team in Staffordshire.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Controls related subject, with experience working as a Requirements Engineer in a highly regulated industry. Strong written English skills and the ability to produce high-quality documentation are essential.

Key responsibilities include collecting, processing, and interpreting data, managing client relationships effectively, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be required to keep up-to-date with latest legislation updates and changes.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £62,500 per annum, 30 days holiday per year, bonus scheme, private healthcare cover, and opportunities for progression. If you are a British passport holder with a passion for engineering and excellent communication skills, please get in touch.
