Junior Manager Digital Marketing (Catalogue Recordings) UK

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading campaigns and activations for our catalogue in the UK.

You will be working closely with our Director, Digital Marketing Catalogue, to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns for a diverse array of artists and projects
  • Building innovative social media strategies and booking digital advertising campaigns
  • Liaising and communicating with product managers and marketing teams for local and international catalogue
  • Contributing to the global digital marketing team with learnings, developments and experiences

Requirements include:

  • Intermediate creative, analytic, communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in digital marketing preferably in the music industry
  • Practical and organized, with knowledge of music industry tools for analytics, smart-linking, advertising, social posting, etc.
  • Technical understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.
  • Some experience and understanding with image and video editing, ideally Adobe Suite programs like Photoshop and Premiere
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
