As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for providing professional and friendly tuition, carrying out inductions, and designing personalized fitness programs for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality fitness classes and sessions to members
- Conduct inductions and assessments to ensure members are using the facilities safely and effectively
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs to meet the needs of individual members
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for all members
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fitness suite and surrounding areas
- Level 2 Fitness Qualification (or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid Qualification
- Experience of working in a fitness environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
