Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer to lead the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the equipment, adhering to quality standards and safety requirements, and supporting the development of engineering apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Lead the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment in a timely manner.
    • Perform scheduled and planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Adhere to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items.
    • Adhere to all legal and safety requirements, including the entry of RPO and MTTR data.
  • Team Support
    • Support the development of engineering apprentices through knowledge and skill sharing.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Have served a recognized apprenticeship in Die Maintenance or Toolmaking.
  • Experience
    • Industrial manufacturing or relevant engineering experience.
