Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions and Dividends Expert to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate actions and dividend processing, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for processing and reconciling corporate action entitlements, updating dividend entitlements for deceased clients, and inputting instructions related to corporate actions into custodian systems and CREST GUI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile corporate action entitlements, including collecting fund manager instructions for voluntary events.
  • Support the Proxy Voting policy and process effectively.
  • Process dividend entitlements for client portfolios, including completing dividend mandate forms.
  • Update dividend entitlements for deceased clients to ensure accurate probate valuations.
  • Input instructions related to corporate actions into custodian systems and CREST GUI.
  • Analyse, collate, and distribute disclosure data.

Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
