Key Responsibilities- Manage complex diaries and coordinate travel arrangements
- Provide email and correspondence support
- Assist with committee and meeting preparation, including agenda drafting and minute-taking
- Monitor and follow up on actions and tasks
- Support with team administration, including expenses, meeting arrangements, and document creation
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills. If you have experience of managing multiple workloads and a wide range of tasks, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
