About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CDE Ireland Limited as an Electrical Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical workflow at our facility in MKT.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that electrical projects are progressed as per the production schedule. You will be responsible for prioritizing and managing allocated work, ensuring that all tasks are carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all electrical works are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, with full compliance to CDE's Health and Safety policies.
  • Manage and prioritize electrical projects to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Coach and mentor junior electricians to develop their skills and competencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all electrical works meet the required standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical works with other production processes.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or higher.
  • Fully trained Electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience of working with SWA cables and 3-phase supply systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach junior electricians.
