Platform Engineering Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineering Manager to lead the creation and maintenance of tools and infrastructure that enable our product engineers to work more efficiently and securely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the outcomes of this role and making pragmatic, risk-based decisions that balance commercial objectives with non-functional requirements of the technology platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development and maintenance of our platform infrastructure
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize platform engineering initiatives
* Ensure the security and reliability of our platform
* Make informed decisions that balance business objectives with technical requirements

**Requirements**

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
* Strong understanding of infrastructure and automation technologies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
