We are currently recruiting for a Senior Culinary Manager to join our team at Brewers Fayre in Hampton. As part of the UK's leading hospitality business, Whitbread, we offer an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £22-25 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef who is passionate about food and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen environment. You will work closely with our Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and prepare, cook, and serve mouth-watering meals to our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
