About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Project Management Trainee. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of projects across various sectors, including civil engineering, highways, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
  • Conduct site surveys and gather data to inform project decisions
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
Requirements
  • Construction qualification (degree, HNC, or HND)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
