About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementing individualised care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Maintaining accurate records of your job, including care plans, progress notes, and incident reports
  • Building strong relationships with your team, including Lead Carers and Registered Nurses
  • Recognising signs of abuse and taking appropriate action to safeguard our residents
