Technical Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Engineer to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. As a Technical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, overseeing project sites, and managing resources to ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders, from supply-only contracts to full turnkey projects, including design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning.
- Oversee project sites, manage resources, and provide information to help generate quotes and estimate costs.
- Conduct site visits, create design solutions using CAD software, and prepare risk assessments and method statements for project work.
- Manage both in-house and on-site projects, collaborating with sales teams to develop estimates and project specifications.
- Ensure that materials and equipment are ready for upcoming projects, and that all customer expectations are met.
- Proven experience in project and technical engineering, preferably within small to mid-sized manufacturing or engineering firms.
- Strong mechanical background and solid knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including site services and customer interaction.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and able to work closely with Design Engineers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders, including the Production Manager, Operations Manager, and Directors.
