About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities to promote the development of children in our care. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment, and develop strong relationships with parents and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
