Job Title: Compliance and Performance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Performance Manager to join our team at Anglian Water Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of our managed service desk service and business-wide offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the managed service desk service and business-wide offering, ensuring company policies are implemented, monitored, and audited.
  • Develop and implement business improvement programs to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business demand and develop opportunities to expand the use of and service provided by the managed service desk.
  • Proactively manage supplier performance and develop performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Validate compliance with KPIs and service levels, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Improve the service offering through engagement with suppliers and external bodies to identify new innovative solutions and technologies.
  • Collaborate with supply partners to maximize the usage of the service.
  • Manage early warnings and compensation events in line with contract.
  • Authorize consolidated application payments by central procurement team.
  • Ensure company plant standards and policies are effectively implemented, monitored, and audited.
  • Carry out site audits of owned and hired plant on Anglian Water sites.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management (desirable).
  • Knowledge of NEC-based contracts (desirable).
  • Ability to communicate both up and down within Anglian Water and partner organizations.
  • Ability to 'sell' the benefits of MSD to internal customers.
  • Previous experience in framework management.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and skills.
  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft business packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate win-win outcomes.
  • Driving license.
