Job Description
As a Community Care Assistant with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals in our community-based service. You will work closely with colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment that enables individuals to reach their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a valid driving license, as you will be required to travel between locations. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. While no previous experience in care is required, we do provide comprehensive training to all new staff members.
