Job Title: Night Shift Duty Manager M&S

Are you a motivated and experienced supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Night Shift Duty Manager to join our team at M&S in Brighton Station.

Job Summary:

The Night Shift Duty Manager will be responsible for creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations. You will guide and support your colleagues, maintain a safe working and dining environment, and coordinate team efforts to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, and championing improvements.
  • Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example, and promoting inclusivity and motivation.
  • Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure the team's success and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
