Salary and Benefits

About the Role

You'll be responsible for immersing our customers in memorable and genuine face-to-face in-store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty. With a passion for all things beauty and a love for making people feel amazing, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Yves Saint Laurent products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and department store floor managers to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and stock levels to inform business decisions and optimize inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and create engaging visual merchandising displays.
  • Promote L'Oréal's values and brand standards through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with trends and developments.
  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas Day).
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating POS systems.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (beauty, fashion, marketing, etc.).
