Job Title: Production Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Assurance Specialist to join our team at MTrec Technical in Gateshead. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all production processes meet the required standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • To develop and implement procedures for quality control, risk management, and process improvement.
  • To work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • To analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
