We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Town Planner to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our planning practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting a wide range of projects, engaging with clients and stakeholders to secure successful planning outcomes.

About the Role
  • Provide technical inputs to land use planning projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects including land development, infrastructure planning, policy planning, and strategic development planning.
  • Support the preparation of planning applications for various infrastructure, residential, and mixed-use schemes, working closely with other disciplines to achieve successful planning outcomes.
  • Conduct planning research and analysis, assist in identifying planning risks, and provide support in business development opportunities.
  • Represent the organization effectively, developing relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders through project work and networking events.
Requirements
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town or Urban Planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiarity with UK Planning policy and legislation.
  • Strong interest in all aspects of planning.
  • Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
What We Offer
