About the Role

This Oncology Treatment Coordinator position presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families affected by cancer. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and providing specialist treatment in the comfort of patients' own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan. This requires a deep understanding of oncology treatment protocols, patient safety procedures, and medication management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders. A strong focus on empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity is essential for success in this role.
