Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team in the Energy and Natural Resources sector. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and conducting risk assessments and site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports
  • Monitor and review health and safety performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in health and safety management in the Construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
