Quality Assurance Lead Auditor Opportunity

Inizio Engage is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead Auditor to spearhead the development of our audit team in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

This is a unique chance to join a rapidly expanding business and contribute to the growth of our quality assurance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an audit schedule to ensure timely completion of internal audits and self-inspections.
  • Train and mentor internal auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage QPulse, including audit scheduling and non-conformance management.
Key Skills:
  • Proven track record of QA internal/external auditing in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Lead auditor experience in GMP areas, including FDA, MHRA, and other regulatory agencies.
