About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Financial Resilience Department as a Dental Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and supporting the team to ensure it delivers on its goals, providing oversight of financial resilience, risk management, and wind-down assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directing and supporting the team to achieve high standards
  • Providing oversight of financial resilience, risk management, and wind-down assessments
  • Helping to run the department and deliver the strategy as part of the management team
  • Leading the department's relationship management with key stakeholders
  • Performing quality control on projects to ensure high standards of delivery
  • Coaching and developing the team and members of the wider department
