- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
- Maintain adherence to protocols, regulations, and safety standards within the clinic.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care.
- Foster collaboration among team members and promote a supportive work culture.
- Report to management of materials needed and maintenance of surgeries allocated.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a large dental clinic.
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and establish strong relationships across departments.
