About the Job:

Booker Limited is seeking a skilled Retail Meat Cutter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through product knowledge and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, excellent customer service skills, and be organized and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare orders to customer requirements.
• Comply with health and safety standards at all times.
