As a vital member of our firm, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property transactions from instruction to completion.
The role includes:
- Providing administrative support to conveyancing solicitors and fee earners
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinating and communicating with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Preparing and processing documents and correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of property transaction files and bundles
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to our conveyancing team
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property transactions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
