We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for UK, Irish, and Export clients
  • Manage queries and complaints
  • Check stock levels and track shipments
  • Chase carriers and provide excellent customer service
  • Administer and acknowledge orders on our Sage SOP system
  • Process Irish shipments and produce customs and shipping documents
  • Progress deliveries with parcel and pallet carriers
  • Manage stock and communicate with customers
  • Liaise with procurement and production teams
  • Deal with customer complaints and record them
  • Run reports and update spreadsheets
  • Control documents and records
Requirements:
  • IT proficient in MS Office packages
  • Previous customer service and sales administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and written skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated

  • Competitive salary between £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
