Community Nurse Out of Hours Position

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly designed out of hours community nursing service covering Aberdeenshire. The post would suit someone who is an enthusiastic team player, enjoys the challenge of a diverse and stimulating practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as an autonomous practitioner often visiting patients without direct supervision, but always with the support of the wider OOH team.
- Deliver a high standard of evidence-based care to patients, their relatives, and carers in accordance with the NMC code of Professional Conduct, national and local policies, and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Shift Pattern:
7 days a week, out of hours, shifts are various hours available. Day shifts with the community nursing team may be required for orientation and teaching purposes.
