Supply Chain Security Assurance Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Security Assurance Manager to join our team at National Energy System Operator (NESO). As a key member of our Security team, you will be responsible for building and leading a comprehensive supply chain security assurance function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct risk assessments and identify potential supply chain security risks
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to mitigate risks and provide regular monitoring and reporting
* Stay informed about current security threats and industry standards to continuously improve vendor risk management strategies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and supply chain
Requirements:
* Proven experience in supply chain risk and assurance practices
* Strong background in risk, compliance, and assurance
* Ability to translate complex security guidance into practical processes and documentation
* Demonstrable stakeholder management expertise
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary between £65,000 – £75,000 dependent on experience and capability
