The successful candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety improvements. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with operational teams and stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in Health, Safety, and Environment (e.g., NEBOSH General or Construction) and at least 2 years' experience in a construction health and safety position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be IT literate, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. They will also have a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety improvements.
  • Providing training and guidance to operational teams on SHE matters.
  • Investigating and reporting on all SHE incidents and near misses.
