We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Estates Management Team at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing a substantial Estate, ensuring all buildings and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet Health & Safety regulations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading NHS Trust, providing excellent benefits, including professional development opportunities and a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake minor repairs and maintenance across the site, working unsupervised when necessary.

- Carry out regular inspections of plant and equipment, reporting any irregularities promptly.
Requirements:
- GCCSE C/4 or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification (Key skills level 2).
- Experience in building services maintenance environment.
- Ability to safely and competently carry out work or other trades.
- Basic Health & Safety, Moving & Handling Techniques, and Boiler operators BOAS qualification.
