About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, leading a team of up to 5 staff, and contributing to the development of the unit's clinical practice. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate patient flow and manage safe staffing levels to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Critical Care Outreach team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
