**Coffee Field Service Engineer Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented individual to join our team as a Coffee Field Service Engineer in Maidenhead and the surrounding area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company by responding to reactive and service call requests, working in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner for a broad range of clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out a broad range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks from fault finding to diagnosis.
- Ensuring all coffee equipment is left in good working order and meeting the correct equipment setup as per agreed specification.
- Working proactively with the central call centre to keep them updated and waiting customers informed.
- Adhering to Health and Safety procedures and undertaking risk assessments to ensure it is safe to work.
- Completing all necessary online job sheets, time sheets, and supporting documentation as required.
The ideal candidate will have a confident and customer-focused approach, with excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, a clean driving license, and be self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.
**Benefits:**
