FMCG Manufacturing Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Preston area. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing proactive and reactive maintenance support to ensure efficient operation of production equipment
- Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and fault finding on production lines
- Working closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/NVQ/C&G)
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
**What We Offer:**
