About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Content Creator who has a passion for creating high-quality video content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok. You will work closely with our Creative Content Strategist to conceptualise, produce, and distribute engaging content that resonates with our audience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our brand's voice, values, and objectives
  • Creating original and engaging short-form video content for TikTok that drives engagement and increases our brand's online presence
  • Collaborating with other content creators and influencers to experiment with diverse video styles and formats
  • Identifying emerging conversations and sentiments within our target audience to inform our content strategy
  • Optimising TikTok content for search visibility using relevant keywords, hashtags, and trending sounds
  • Conducting regular audits of TikTok content to ensure SEO best practices are being followed

You will also be responsible for engaging with our TikTok followers, monitoring comments and trends to foster a sense of community and drive meaningful interactions.

In return for your expertise and creativity, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, cycle-to-work scheme, and pension scheme.
