Job Title: Production Engineer

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Production Engineer to join our team at Affinity Water Limited. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the smooth delivery of our water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with project stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimizing asset performance and reducing costs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to frontline teams, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, driving efficiency and value through effective supply chain management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our water treatment assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in an engineering role, with a strong understanding of asset management processes and whole-life costing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to participate in a standby rota and work flexible hours as required.
