Job Summary:

Bridge Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join their team. As a Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities by producing high-quality, engaging bid proposals. Your keen eye for detail and excellent writing skills will enable you to create well-structured and compelling proposals that meet client specifications and highlight the strengths and capabilities of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, compelling bid proposals that meet client specifications and highlight the strengths and capabilities of the company.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and competitors to tailor proposals effectively and position company services competitively.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to gather essential information and ensure all proposals are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Ensure all bid submissions comply with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain an organized library of proposal templates, case studies, and supporting documents to streamline the bid writing process.
  • Proofread and edit proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and correctness, adhering to the highest standards of quality.
  • Track submitted bids, monitor outcomes, and gather feedback to continuously improve the bidding process.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in bid writing, proposal writing, or a related role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
