Professional Lead Physiotherapist - Exceptional Leadership Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional leadership and influence national policy and strategies within the Physiotherapy department.
  • To establish, ensure, and govern safe, effective, patient-centered, and high-quality direct patient care, consistent and equitable across all care groups.
  • To be accountable for the governance and oversight of patient care for the Physiotherapy profession within the area of responsibility.
  • To contribute to the collective AHP perspective through working in partnership within the AHP Committee group.

Requirements:

  • HPC registration.
  • Physiotherapy leadership experience.
  • CSP membership.
  • Leadership training or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working as a specialist clinical physiotherapist.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Member of professional network groups.
  • Masters-level qualification or willingness to undertake.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
