The Night Porter is responsible for providing a friendly and efficient registration and information service to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors. As an ambassador of service to the guest, the Night Porter's primary role is to respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing, and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services using established protocols.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.

What we need from you?

  • Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury establishment, ideally in the London market.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Extensive knowledge of Opera PMS.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
