Senior Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HGV Mechanic to join our team at Ethiebeaton Workshop in the Fife and Tayside Region.

As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental Management are maintained at all times.

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles and trailers
• Conduct daily inspections and maintain workshop housekeeping to the highest standards
• Attend breakdowns on site or at the roadside, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with the team to achieve our zero harm culture and maintain a safe working environment

• City and Guilds (or equivalent) qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering
• Experience in a mechanical role, preferably in a similar industry
• A hard-working approach with a can-do attitude and effective communication skills
• Flexibility and versatility to adapt to changing priorities and work patterns
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
