Retail Sales Consultant Opportunity in Heathrow

At Clinique, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Heathrow Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our brand.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the store is always stocked, merchandised, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily sales goals and targets
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including their features and benefits
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating a passion for the Clinique brand and a commitment to excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or skincare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a travel retail setting
