Are you looking for a challenging Sales Development role that will allow you to grow your career in the UK? Network Talent is seeking a Sales Development Expert to join their team.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000-33,000 per annum, with an estimated OTE of +£10,000. Benefits include private medical cover, dental & optical cover, pension contributions, access to Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, and access to a benefits portal.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting leads through a range of outbound calls, emails, and networking
  • Managing inbound leads where necessary
  • Generating a long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clients
  • Supporting wider sales team by managing a set of schedules and booking meetings/appointments on a regular basis
  • Utilizing CRM systems and data management to drive sales growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Liaising with internal teams including key accounts and marketing
  • Attending industry events where necessary

Requirements for the role include:

  • 1+ year SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of successful cold-calling, emailing, and networking
  • Experience managing CRM systems effectively
  • Desirable: previous link to care sector or care homes
