Solicitor/Legal Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our Wills and Estate Planning team in Dorset.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE within Wills and Estate Planning, preferably with experience of issues affecting vulnerable clients, such as funding or Court of Protection work.

The successful candidate will possess excellent client care skills, a keen interest in marketing, and strong motivational skills to drive team goals.

As a Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload in Wills, LPAs, and Estate Planning work, and providing general support to the private client team when required;
  • Ensuring the highest level of professional standards and client care are maintained at all times;
  • Processing timely transactions and effecting financial controls for matters;
  • Ensuring good file management and administration, with department files well-ordered, clear, and complying with regulatory and office requirements.
